Marnie Quinn - owner + meditations, ceremonies

Marnie always dreamed of living in NYC and working in Fashion.  She fulfilled that dream above and beyond any expectations.  But she realized that this dream was leaving her with an empty feeling and was no longer aligned with who she really was.  As her soul was calling her to do something different, deeper and with more meaning, she went within to uncover the next steps on her path.  She dove into her yoga & meditation practices.  She began on a shamanic path.  She uncovered the many layers of her being until she found her most authentic self.  Through this transformation (or remembering) process she had many healers, guides and classes to help her along the way.  Because of the powerful impact yoga, meditation, holistic health & nutrition, shamanic practices and healing modalities had on her she decided to open a center to give back what she had been given on her path to transformation.  

in 2015 Marnie was certified in Usui Ryoho Reiki.  In 2017 she became a Reiki Master.  She studied with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies in Princeton, NJ, The Four Winds Society at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY and did a 10 day intense shamanic retreat with the Shipibo tribe in Peru.  

Before moving from Brooklyn back to Colorado she was a part of the Center for Optimal Living's (in Partnership with the New School) group on Entheogenic Education and Integration research.   

In 2016 she became a certified holistic health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

 

Fun Facts

Marnie has traveled all over the world speaking, shopping and being inspired.  She has also been to EVERY single US state.  Travel was a huge part of her career and also her healing.  One of her favorite trips was to Peru where she spent 2 weeks with the Shipibo tribe working with medicinal plants and doing intense shamanic healing work.  

Marnie has 4 sisters and a fluff mutt named Henry.  

Marnie loves the outdoors and spends as much time as she can within the trees reconnecting with nature.

David Paul - Tai' Chi Gung

David has been doing the same Tai' Chi Gung exercises he shares in his classes, daily, for more than 30 years.  He has been teaching for over 18 years. A trained symphony violinist and pianist, Master Paul shares unique insights of the mind/body connection applied at the highest level of the performing arts.  In the Tai' Chi Gung tradition from Tibet begun by the Taoist Sage Lao Tzu, one receives the title of Master only after 25-30 years of training.  Master Paul is the only certified Master of his order living in the United States. He is the director of Teacher Training for North America on behalf of his mentor, Master Lama Rasaji. A gentle, intense, patient soul, David is a master teacher.

 

Sara Walsh - Yoga

Sara Walsh comes to us from Chicago, IL where she taught a variety of classes at various park districts and studios. Sara's yoga philosophy is honest and simple - yoga should be accessible to everyone! Sara's yoga career started 12 years ago and she was immediately drawn to the energies and community.  Four years ago, she earned her RYT 200 and is certified with Yoga Alliance with a concentration in Himalayan style Hatha.  Sara has found that teaching the newer student is what she loves the most, as she loves watching people start their journey with such innocence and uncertainty, only to see them grow in confidence - body, mind and  heart. 

 

Keri Dorman - Yoga

Keri has been on a healing journey since 2006, beginning her yoga practice in 2009. She began teaching yoga in 2013 and acquired 200hr Yoga Alliance RYT in 2015 with a direct focus on chakra balancing through self inquiry, strong kundalini influence and hatha yoga which allows for a unique class experience. She attends many advanced teacher module trainings and workshops, continually expanding her offering and knowledge base. Some of her biggest influences are Darren Rhodes, Ana Forrest, Amy Ippoliti, Juan Barahona, Bizzie Gold and Tymmi Howard to name a few. Keri has dedicated her life to service and offers many modalities of energetic healing. Teaching sustainable emotional wellness is a passion she readily shares. Her love for nature grounds her and brings an awareness of cycles while also allowing a safe space for exploring energy in class with her. Her approach is lighthearted and fun, allowing the inner child to shine through on and off the mat. She believes in finding balance in the modern world with ancient teachings, marrying the two to create a practical approach to health and wellness. She strives to be a positive guide in facilitating growth & change and looks forward to sharing space.

Anne Mangiardi - Kundalini

Anne fell in love with yoga starting with her very first class in 1995, but did not feel called to teach until she began studying kundalini yoga.  Anne completed the KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher training program in 2015.  Anne teaches fun, challenging classes that showcase kundalini yoga’s ability to balance and enliven the nervous system.

 

Ronda Cooper - Yoga

Ronda began her personal yoga journey with a need and a desire to balance her busy and active lifestyle. She discovered her yoga practice to be the center point to replenish, renew, and reconnect on and off the mat.  She acquired her 200hr YTT in 2014 with a desire to share the awareness that everyone can practice yoga regardless of experience, age, or flexibility. She strives to provide a space that is welcoming, safe, and empowering for students to experience the joy and well-being that the gift of yoga can bring to their lives.

Ronda’s teaching style is influenced by her love of Yin, restorative, and gentle-mindful flow. She guides her students to seek their edge in a subtle way and encourages them to look within themselves to find their own wisdom and strength to guide them through their practice.

Marisa Kowalski - Yoga

Following a skiing accident in 2011, Marisa decided to try yoga for the first time mainly for the physical benefits but she soon realized the immense mental and spiritual healing powers of the practice. Her yoga mat became a place of solace yet also a place where she could challenge herself to find a new sense of mental and physical empowerment. Yoga and meditation allows us to relax into ourselves and celebrate the unique sense of vitality that burns bright within each of us. Marisa Completed her 200hr YTT through LifePower Yoga in 2016.

 

Cristine Googins - Yoga 

Cristine began her yoga journey back in the late 90's when she moved to the mountains of Colorado from New Jersey. Her practice has changed and evolved over the years and in 2014 she finally decided to do yoga teacher training after it had been calling to her for quite some time. Yoga; with its asana, breath work and various facets of spirituality has been a very important part of her own personal self discovery journey. She is a 200 hour Power Yoga Level 1 and Level 2 certified instructor through Core Power Yoga. She loves seeing her students grow in their practice and is very alignment focused to give a safe, fun, upbeat and effective class. 

 

Alexi Neal - Yoga

When I was 12 years old, my mom and I started practicing yoga in our living room, with DVD's of Rodney Yee. Yoga quickly became an addiction! Even through my teenage and college years, I always came back to yoga to reconnect with myself and challenge both my body and mind so overcome any obstacle. 

I was certified to teach in 2012, and since then I have developed a mindful vinyasa style, that calls on students to embrace their body wisdom and connect to the deeper parts of themselves that we spend too much time shoving away. Yoga can be challenging and it can be sweet; it can be a comfort and it can take us out of our comfort zone. I encourage students to call on the energy they need from the practice, every time they show up on the mat.

I believe that yoga is lifelong learning practice. I continue to grow through my education in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and from the many amazing teachers in the Denver area. 

When I am not teaching I love to hike, practice yoga as much as possible, play with my kitties and read just about anything.

 

Davidia Turner - Yoga 

Davidia aims to help others awaken their innate capacity for deep self healing through the practices of Yoga & Meditation, Reiki Energy Healing and Intuitive Tarot Card Readings. Having started her own path of healing through the practice of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga she became a 300HR RYT certified Yoga Instructor in 2013. Davidia’s classes will often weave a dynamic mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, and Pranayama to create an integrative and deep container for self exploration and expression. Jamie Mann - Yoga

Jamie began practicing yoga in 2012 while struggling with a spinal injury left over from many years of competitive gymnastics. The limitations from the injury leaked into every aspect of Jamie’s life and eventually resulted in depression. She instantly felt the healing powers of yoga physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It provided an outlet for physical expression while opening up the possibility of self love and acceptance. Her goal is to create the space for you to experience yourself in positive ways and enjoy your own company! She teaches an upbeat class with emphasis on alignment to protect the spine and joints and adds just the right amount of yogic philosophy. Jamie was trained by Jill Mockaitis and David Duerkop in 2014 for her 200hr certificate and has since continued her education with her Ashtanga teachers, Larry Hobbs and Sri R. Sharath Jois.
