Come explore safe ways to transition in and out of this pose to ensure longevity in your yoga practice! We will break down the anatomy of the pose specific to your body, play with modifications while still building strength, and more advanced options moving through simple arm balances. We will flow through some Sun Salutations to warm up and come together as a class in movement and breath, then its time to play and explore! All levels are welcome!
