Qoya Book Club: Women Who Run With Wolves | La Loba

Qoya Movement Bookclub!

I am so excited for the first offering of these Qoya "Movement Bookclubs" Workshops.

Women Who Run with the Wolves, is a classic in exploring our relationship to the wild, creative, feminine. In these 2 hr circles we will be able to share our relationship to each theme, and archetype not only through discussion, but ALSO through movement.

Women Who Run with the Wolves is an amazing resource, but it can be a little intimidating. This is a great opportunity for those women who wish to taste the power of this book, or those who wish to explore deeper their relationship to it.

This circle is intended as a sanctuary to discuss and embody the power of the wild feminine.

Participants do not have to have read WWRWW to participate.

Here is a beautiful short video, speaking of the myth of 'La Loba'- our first Movement Bookclub theme.

New to Qoya? NO PROBLEM!

Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember.

We remember our essence as women is wise, wild and free.

Wise, wild and free also draw reference to the movement forms that we practice:

Wise: the wisdom of yoga
Wild: the creative expression in dance
Free: expanding our capacity to enjoy our bodies through sensual movement

In Qoya, imagine there is no way you can do it wrong and the way you know you're doing it right is when it feels good.

What if your life could follow the same rule?

Come as you are, Leave as MORE of who you are!
