For centuries farmers planted, tended to, and harvested their crops in accordance with the lunar phases. The influence of the moon is well documented in relation to the tides of the ocean and the movements and reproductive habits of marine life. It stands to reason that humans, being made up of 70% water, are also deeply affected by the natural rhythms of the moon. This workshop led by Mishel Wolfe explores some of the scientific research that has been done on this topic and dives into ancient wisdom that has been passed down about this beacon of the night sky.
She will explain how to work with the specific energies of each lunar phase as well as share a method of tracking your own Lunar rhythms using a Moon Mandala. Using this method, one can discover patterns in the body, the emotions, and in the diet and then use this information to make changes in our lives and to honor our own lunar cycle. Open to men, women, and children. It is recommended to bring a journal and something to write with.
