Join us as we explore the anatomy of asana and muscle engagement within a BUTI Yoga Class. This will cover how to use resistance and flexion to your advantage. We will break down common movements, cover core anatomical structure, spiral structure technique, discover isolation techniques and understand how to use your breath during a yang driven class. Workshop will include lecture, notes, physical asana practice and alignment focus practicum. This workshop is for beginner to seasoned yogi who has or has not practiced BUTI Yoga before. All are welcome.
