The prana vayus are the five movements of life force, or prana. Vayu means, literally, “wind.” The five prana vayus are pran vayu, apan vayu, saman vayu, udan vayu, and vyan vayu. Each governs a different area of the body. Through the practice of yoga and the 6 types of postures, we are able to balance out the vayus and create a healthier, more balanced life. This workshop will dive deep into the vayus, how they work, how you can balance them out, and how you can utilize these movements to lead a more masterful life.
