Fall is a time of transition and change. Our Restorative workshop will be a gentle guide to receiving this Fall season with calm and much needed conscious rest.
You will learn restorative poses that will help calm your nervous system, gently combat stress, and prepare you for the more introspective seasons to come.
This workshop will include; stress reduction techniques, proper alignment, safe ways to enter and exit the poses, the ways in which the poses support the body’s energy channels, and how the poses support all the systems of the body. then, you will be guided through a restorative practice.
Led by Carrie Sanders who is a licensed Massage Therapist, registered 500hr yoga instructor, and Reiki master practitioner. She is dedicated to the practices of yoga, restorative yoga and yin yoga and how these practices have a positive effect on calming the mind and body.
Please join in this beautifully calming practice…gently round up your stress, anxiety, and tension…and then peacefully send it packin’!
