How to Thrive | Part One

  •    Move your Energy: Yoga, Kundalini, Qi Gong, and Reiki Sessions are beneficial in this process to relieve trapped energies/emotions/patterns

  • it is important to meditate & do yoga every day, if only for 10min to release trapped emotions, trauma, thought patterns from your physical body

  • Spend time in Nature, as much as you can. Put your bare feet on the ground. Sit next to a tree.

  • Sun Gaze. Staring at the sun at sunrise and sunset decalcifies and activates our pineal gland as well as upgrading our DNA. If you are new to this practice, start slow and limit your time, increasing it slowing as you acclimate.

  • Get on a Clean Diet. Go as Vegan as possible. Eat foods from the Earth (as many vegetables as you can). Eat fresh, organic, local and in season.

  • Drink a lot of water - do not drink tap water unless you are on a natural spring or well. If you live in a city water system drink Reverse Osmosis &/or Distilled Water. If this is unachievable based on your circumstances, add Tulsi (Holy Basil) to your tap water to filter out chlorine & fluoride naturally.

  • Limit or stop all stimulants/depressants. Natural or Man Made. Coffee, Caffeine, Sugar, Alcohol… etc.

  • Do a heavy metal detox using Diatomaceous Earth.  This will remove the Aluminum, Barium & other metals that exist in our food, air and water from our bodies.

  • Limit the toxins in your home:

    • do not use Teflon – copper, stainless steel, or cast iron are best. 

    • Do not use a microwaves.  Microwaves are carcinogenic & zap all nutrients from food. 

    • use non-flouride toothpaste – or make your own with baking soda & activated charcoal

    • simple earth based cleaning products – or make your own with vinegar & baking soda, castile soap

    • find body products free of Parabins, sodium laurel sulfate & EDTA. or make your own using natural ingredients

    • do not take calcium supplements.

      • All of these affect your 3rd Eye (pineal gland) & create a DIS-EASE environment in your body

  • Limit the man made materials in your home – they produce toxic off gases.  Surround yourself with as many natural materials : textiles, stone… in your home as you can.

  • Wear mostly or only natural fibers.  Linen is best then Organic Cotton.

    • Limit or stop wearing man made fibers, they are toxic for our bodies. 

    • Linen as a fiber aligns to the frequency of the human organism so it promotes healing in our bodies when we wear it.  If you have any physical ailments or want to create a physically healing environment sleep with linen sheets, wear linen undergarments, wear as much linen as possible. 

    • If you are wearing colors, look for dyes that are natural (exist in nature) or GOTS certified.  Most dyes are chemicals we are wearing on our skin.

  • Meditate. Whether moving or sitting. Still your mind as much as possible.

  • Clean up your Thoughts, Words and Actions

  • Find your Community. This path can feel very isolating. BUT KNOW you are NOT ALONE! This is why Ceremony exists. to assist on this ascension path. You have to do this on your own, but you are not alone.

  • Take everything you read/hear/see/are exposed to with a grain of salt. There is no one way, path, or teaching that has 100% truth to it. We have not been given, as of yet, the full truth.

  • TRUST YOUR INNER GURU. We are in the time of the Inner Guru. Your best Guide is your own Intuition. Trust it. There is no one path. Each one is unique.
