self contemplation

If we focus on our thoughts and begin to think "oh I am having a bad thought I need to shift it" then we are missing the lesson of the thought. You'll hear out there the term spiritual bypassing. And even all this love and light stuff is garbage.

So let's unpack that.

What people mean when they say this is that thoughts come in to show us where we need healing. So we must go there. Some thoughts come in and immediately we can feel, oh this isn't aligned anymore and shoo it away and find our way back to a thought in alignment. If thoughts come in and they repeatedly show us the shadow aspect of ourselves (let's use judgement) then we must go to the places in ourselves where we are judging and explore. And after we've done our exploratory shadow work we start to walk the path of healing judgement. We notice when it arises, when it is triggered in us and then we can see the pattern of why and step by step clean it up within ourselves.

The practice is self contemplation.

Think the thought then reflect back to self - is this aligned? what in me needs love to shift this? It's a practice when we're shifting our shadow. If we're worried about thinking "bad" thoughts then we're in a state of fear (worry). That's not the idea. It's better to focus on thought alignment. And to contemplate. To do our work. This is all from love. This is self love. This holds a higher vibration than purely "thinking good thoughts" especially if they aren't what you are really feeling. βœ¨

if we want to manifest more higher vibrational experiences in our lives we shift to at least 51% Love thoughts. (Is this thought from love or fear?). This tips the polarity.  Then more love comes. Then we do the work to shift to 52% high vibrational/love/positive thoughts. And so on. If you make the goal 100% high vibrational thoughts it feels quite impossible to get there. It's about baby steps. This path is slow. (If you haven't noticed). There's no quick fix. No awakening to rescue you. No magic to erase your work on this earth walk. It's building blocks, one at a time. Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast. πŸ˜˜πŸŒŸπŸ™πŸΌπŸŒˆ
