reaction vs. response

We cannot control our lives. We can only bring consciousness to our response. How do we condition our responses? Pause. Space. Breath. Stillness. Practice. Connect to yourself, your physical body and how it reacts to events in your life. Notice that. Get curious there.

This becomes a game of sorts because we are aware of it all. The action & reaction. And we get to decide to react or to respond.

If we want to go even deeper we CAN control our lives. But this takes MASTERY of thoughts, words, actions and our vibration. That is when we are able to no longer vibrationally align to lower frequencies. We won't need the triggers, tests, or lessons.

Your breath raises your vibration. And it's always with you. ⚡️⚡️
